Salvaged Beauty
This personal project was produced with my friend Davide Nanni. Davide curated and ran Salvage One in Chicago—the most eclectic collection of architectural artifacts and elements I have ever seen assembled in one place. Davide was a very creative set designer. He had a way of arranging disparate objects, mixing everything up, and producing visually stunning, eclectic scenarios. We worked on many commercial projects together and wanted to create a body of work together and shoot at Salvage One. Patríc Chauvez, a Chicago stylist, was kind enough to wardrobe the models so we would all have something collectively to share.
This is a tribute to Davide, a wonderful, life-loving person who unfortunately recently passed away.
